SHIPPING INFORMATION

ALL items are shipped within 24 to 72 hours after receipt of order. Most all Bucky orders are shipped via FedEx Gound (5 days) and should arrive 7 to 10 business days after the order process date. . Most other products including Sleep Machines CDs ship via USPS Priority Mail (2-3 Days).

SATISFACTION GUARANTEED

If an item is defective we will replace the item or credit your charge card, at your request ( no refunds on shipping ), providing you notify us within 10 days after you receive your shipment. RETURN POLICY

To process a return, you must have an RA# first. To get an RA#, just call 1-800-479-2672 or email us at sales@sleepmachines.com. All returned orders will be charged a $10 re-stocking fee. If a product is returned do to faulty shipping address, the account will be credited the cost of the product, not the cost shipping. All Sleep Machines CDs are non-refundable. (MP3 samples are available for every sound CD offered so you know exactly what you will be getting before you order.)
